In the Pre-construction process, Safe Innovation develops a plan with the client and designer/Architect. We work hands on and we identify the design specs, details, budget and schedule. From there to the construction process, the role of Safe Innovation is to continuously evaluate the plan and prepare to execute it.
Throughout the preconstruction/concept process, we prepare for the best scenario and we identify the best cost-saving opportunities to make construction run efficiently and smoothly.
Construction Management
Throughout the construction process, Safe Innovation develops the plan together with the Client. Safe innovation provides also services as Construction Management, General Contractor, Design-Builder.
Job Construction
Safe innovation is a fully qualified construction company able to build and pull permits for every scope of work no matter the size of the project.
Master permit(s), Shell, Windows, Doors, Wooden Trusses permit as well MEPs (Electrical, plumbing, mechanical) permits can all be pulled directly by Safe Innovation. Individually licensed trades involved in the project can pull their permits as suplement under our master permit. Alongside the construction process, our team is there with the expertise to consult, project manager, estimate, oversee contracts, and much more to complete the project without surprises.
